Job Description
The Customer Logistics role is responsible for overseeing the efficient processing and management of domestic shipments. As an individual contributor reporting to the Operations Manager, this position coordinates logistics activities to ensure timely order fulfillment, accurate inventory tracking, and effective communication with customers. The role rarely requires travel and focuses primarily on domestic logistics operations.
