Job Description IGL4US is seeking energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Event Staff to support the successful execution of events throughout New York.
In this role, you will work alongside a collaborative team to assist with event preparation, guest support, on-site coordination, and general event operations. Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup, preparation, and breakdown.
- Welcome guests and provide professional, friendly assistance.
- Help coordinate event activities and maintain organized event spaces.
- Provide directions and general information to attendees when needed.
- Support team members and event coordinators throughout each event.
- Monitor assigned areas to help maintain a safe and professional environment.
- Assist with guest check-in, registration, seating, or crowd flow when required.
- Respond professionally to guest questions and concerns.
- Help ensure event standards and company procedures are followed.
- Adapt to changing event needs and complete additional duties as assigned.
