Psychiatrist

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations for patients across the lifespan
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Manage medication regimens and monitor patient responses
- Provide therapeutic support and counseling as appropriate
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions
- Stay current with advancements in psychiatric practices and medications
Skills and Qualifications:
- Board certification in Psychiatry
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Valid medical license to practice psychiatry
- Experience in evaluating and treating children, adolescents, and adults
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to community mental health and patient-centered care
