To support the growth of the Logical Inventory team, the full-time Senior Systems Administrator will manage the administration and operational support of the Netcracker Resource Inventory application, focusing on application configuration, data integrity, and troubleshooting in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Administer and support the Netcracker Resource Inventory application, including configuration and operational functions Coordinate application changes, patches, and upgrades with stakeholders and vendors Triage production issues and ensure the integrity of the logical network inventory through SQL analysis and data validation Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field, or six years of relevant experience Minimum of five years of experience with logical inventory systems, such as Netcracker or comparable platforms Proficiency in SQL with at least three years of experience analyzing complex datasets Experience in Linux environments and WebLogic Server administration Familiarity with Python scripting for automation and operational tooling
