Supporting the IT infrastructure in a hybrid environment, the full-time Systems Administrator I will manage server and network performance, assist with troubleshooting, and provide end-user support while working Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM ET. Key responsibilities Monitor and maintain server and network performance, performing routine maintenance and updates Assist in the installation and configuration of servers, computers, and network equipment, including user account management Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues in a timely manner Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience 2+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration, particularly in Windows Server environments Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and common networking hardware Basic troubleshooting experience with hardware and software issues CompTIA A+, Network+, and/or Microsoft certifications are a plus
